1. FOUNDATION
Where It All
Began.
Founded in 1998, Trade and Project began with a focused mission to deliver disciplined and technically sound infrastructure solutions. Between 2008 and 2015, the company successfully executed multiple government contracts across civil works, structural engineering, and public infrastructure development. During its early years, over 50 public sector projects were completed, laying the operational and compliance foundation that defines the organization today.
2. GROWTH AND SCALE

Capabilities.
Today, Trade and Project has grown into a diversified infrastructure group supported by 800+ professionals across its companies. The organization contributed to major urban infrastructure initiatives, including works related to the Islamabad Metro corridor, strengthening its reputation in large scale execution. To date, the group has delivered over 1 million square feet of constructed area across infrastructure and development projects. Scale became measurable. Capability became institutional.
3. EXPANSION INTO REAL ESTATE
The Birth of
TAP Builders.
With strong operational foundations and infrastructure expertise, the next natural step was real estate development. TAP Builders was established from this exact office to bring the same engineering discipline and execution strength into residential and commercial spaces. Where Trade and Project built infrastructure, TAP Builders began building communities by combining structural expertise with modern living standards.
4. EVOLUTION AND SIGNATURE PROJECTS
From Homes to
Landmarks.
During the early stages, TAP Builders customized and delivered 88+ residential homes, establishing trust within the private housing sector. The company then undertook the redevelopment of Faiz Chowk (Surjani), contributing to urban improvement and civic infrastructure enhancement. Today, TAP Builders is developing its flagship vertical project, Faiz Residency, on a prime 1-acre land parcel. Building on this milestone, the company is moving forward with future developments in Karachi and other key cities across Pakistan.
